英國目前執行的是國際財務報告準則，但是在金融工具會計方面，全球領先的是美國，國際財務報告也是從美國準則出來的，所以，妳要學習金融會計，無論去哪，實際上都脫不開美國的範疇。英國方面的資料，建議妳參考ACA或者ACCA考試的會計教材，會有些幫助。
